Client Reports
Turn a project's latest results into one report under the client's own name, then save it as a PDF or share it by link.
Client Reports, the PirateSERP reporting tool for agencies and consultants, gathers the latest saved results from every tool in a project into one report. The report carries the project's name and logo, not PirateSERP's, so you can send it straight to a client. Client Reports needs no API key.
Run the tools first. The report shows only what each tool has saved for the active project, so a tool you haven't run doesn't appear.
Read the report
The report opens with the project's name and, when the project's business profile has a logo URL, its logo. Each card covers one area with the date it was last updated:
- Technical site health: pages crawled and issues by severity, from Site Auditor.
- Search rankings: keywords in the top 3, 10, and 20, from Rank Tracker. Google results are checked only to position 20.
- Website traffic: Search Console clicks and impressions, and GA4 sessions and users, from Web Analytics.
- Google Ads: this month's spend and pacing, or the latest audit's 30-day totals.
- AI answers, Organic visibility, and Backlinks: from AI Visibility, Domain Overview, and Backlinks.
- Google reviews: rating, review count, and new reviews since tracking started, when you monitor reviews.
- AI crawler visits: requests from AI search, AI assistant, and AI training crawlers over 30 days, when Cloudflare is connected.
Recommended next steps lists the top actions from each tool, the same list as Quick wins on Pirate Bay.
To add a logo, open the project's business profile and set Logo URL to an https address.
Save as a PDF
- Click Save as PDF.
- In your browser's print dialog, choose Save as PDF as the destination, and then save.
The PDF holds only the report, without the PirateSERP page around it.
Share a link
- Click Create share link.
- Copy the link from Share link right away. For security, PirateSERP keeps only a fingerprint of the link, so it can't show the link again.
- Send the link to your client.
Anyone with the link can open the report without a login. It always shows the project's latest results, so it stays current as you work. Search engines are told not to index it.
Each project has one link:
- To get a new link, click Create a new link. The old link stops working at once.
- To stop sharing, click Turn off link.
A shared link also stops working if your subscription ends, and works again when you resubscribe.
