GPTs

Choose a task-specific chat tool, continue saved conversations, and download the transcript.

Open GPTs

GPTs, a PirateSERP chat workspace in the AI group of the sidebar, lists chat tools that the PirateSERP administrator sets up for specific tasks. Each GPT answers with your own OpenRouter API key and the model you choose, so save both in Account Settings before you chat. Read API keys for setup.

Start a conversation

  1. Select the project.
  2. Open GPTs, and read each tool's description. The sidebar also lists each GPT by name under GPTs.
  3. Click the GPT that matches your task.
  4. Type your message in the message box, and press Enter or click the send button.
  5. Reply with more context or corrections.

Press Shift+Enter for a line break. The reply appears as the model writes it. Wait for the reply to finish before you leave the page, because closing the page during a reply interrupts it.

If GPTs shows "No GPTs yet," the administrator has not added a chat tool.

Save and reuse a conversation

PirateSERP saves each conversation automatically. When you return to a GPT, your current conversation reopens.

  • Click Reset to start a fresh conversation. The earlier conversation stays under Past Conversations.
  • Click Continue beside an entry in Past Conversations to reopen it and keep chatting.
  • Click Download to save the current conversation as a text file.
  • Click an entry's trash icon (Delete conversation) and confirm to remove its messages permanently.

Conversations belong to the active project. To find conversations saved under another client's project, switch projects. Read Projects for project switching.

Check the answer

GPTs do not search the web. Supply the facts the task needs, and verify factual claims before you use an answer.

To see how web-searching AI assistants answer and cite sources for your queries, use AI Visibility.

If a reply fails, the message after Chat failed: names the problem. Check your saved OpenRouter key, the availability of your chosen model, and your OpenRouter credit balance. A failed message is not saved to the conversation, so send it again after you fix the problem.
