Recommended workflow

Choose a sequence of tools for research, drafting, publishing, and measurement.

This workflow orders PirateSERP's tools from research to measurement. Start with the task you need to complete; you do not need to run every tool for every page.

Prepare the project

  1. Create or select a project.
  2. Save its business profile, primary search market, and content language.
  3. Add the API keys that your chosen tools require.

Research a topic or service

  1. Use Keyword Research to compare queries and save relevant keywords.
  2. Use Domain Overview to review competing pages and keyword gaps.
  3. Use Topical Maps to organize related topics, or Service Atlas to research an industry's services and vocabulary.

Search volumes and competitor estimates are planning evidence, not traffic guarantees.

Draft and review a page

  1. Use Article Writer for an informational article, or Content Editor for a service page or an existing draft.
  2. In Content Editor, save Main keyword / entity and Search intent. Fetch relevant questions, then generate Outline with writing guidance.
  3. In Content Editor, click Send to Entity SEO Auditor or Check Semantic Alignment to save the draft and open it in Entity SEO Auditor or Content Alignment. For E-E-A-T Analysis, click Save, then choose the draft under Or a saved draft.
  4. Revise the draft from the findings, then check the edited version again.
  5. Use Schema Generator to prepare structured data that matches the page.

Content Editor highlights matching entities and terms as you write. Use Review answers for answer and relationship judgments; reopening a draft restores its saved review.

Save a revision before further edits. Click History to name, compare, or restore revisions. Check facts before applying generated guidance.

An Article Writer result is not a Content Editor draft. Copy its HTML into your publishing workflow, or into Content Editor when you want to use the draft-based tools.

For products, use Product Optimizer to rewrite a description or Product Roundup to create a buying guide. Check product details and disclosures before publishing.

Publish and check

Publish the content and any reviewed markup through your website editor. PirateSERP's writing and schema tools do not publish changes to your site.

Run Site Auditor on the public site. Click Compare audits to compare a later crawl with the saved baseline. Review the Internal Linking suggestions, and check the installed markup in Schema Generator.

Measure the result

Add relevant keywords to Rank Tracker. Use Web Analytics to compare traffic and search queries over time.

For a local business, use GeoPin Generator to compare rankings across an area and GBP Audit to compare the Google Business Profile with the website. Use AI Visibility to review sampled AI answers and citations.

Choose the next change from the findings. A tool score is evidence for review, not proof that a change causes a ranking increase.
