A PirateSERP project is a workspace for one client, business, or website. Every tool's history follows the active project, so select the correct project before you start a run or open saved work.

Create and switch projects

1. Open Home and find Projects.
2. Enter a name in New project.
3. Click Add Project.
4. Click Set active on the project you want to work in. The active project shows an Active badge.

You can also switch projects with the Active project selector in the page header. Check the active project before starting a run.

To rename a project, click its name, enter the replacement, and press Enter. Press Escape to cancel. To delete a project, click its delete button and confirm. Deletion removes all of the project's tool history and cannot be undone.

Save your business profile

The business profile holds one business's facts, and supported tool forms read those facts as starting values.

1. Click Business profile on the project.
2. In Business basics, enter the business name, website, owner name, public phone, primary address, and opening hours you know.
3. Open the sections that apply: Business identity, Market and customers, Business goals, Services, Additional locations, People, Credentials and evidence, Official profiles, and Products.
4. Click Save business profile.

Every section is optional, and each added entry requires a name. A section holds a maximum of 50 entries. Enter facts about this business only, including the correct branch when the business has several locations. Use Service areas for coverage without an office, and Additional locations for other real addresses.

If you click Close with unsaved changes, PirateSERP asks whether to discard them. Choose Keep editing to return to the form.

Review details from your website

1. Enter the website URL in Business basics.
2. Click Review website information.
3. Compare each suggestion with its current value and its source passage.
4. Click Accept or Replace to use a suggestion, or Reject to dismiss it. Each button also names its field.
5. Click Save business profile.

Accepted suggestions stay unsaved until you save the profile. A suggestion is a claim from the website, not independent verification.

Set the primary search market

Primary search market, in Market and customers, is a two-letter country code such as US, AU, or GB. It can differ from the address country.

Tools with a country field, such as Keyword Research, Topical Maps, Domain Overview, Rank Tracker, and Content Editor, use it as their starting country. GBP Audit searches Google in this country, and uses the United States when the field is empty.

Reuse details in tools

Supported tool forms fill relevant fields from the saved profile, including website URLs, business names, search market, audience, and service or product details.

When a form offers several saved entries, choose one under Choose for this run: Business service, Business location, or Business product. Select Author (choose explicitly) to use a saved person as the author. Saving a person does not assign authorship automatically.

Review the filled fields before running the tool. Editing a tool field does not change the saved business profile. Schema Generator presents business facts as suggestions that you approve.

Set a content language

Choose a content language for each project in its language selector in Projects. Supported tool forms use that language as their starting value, and you can change the language for an individual run.

Language support differs by tool. Read Languages before analyzing content in a language other than English.

Find saved work

Saved searches, drafts, audits, rank tracking, and schema work follow the active project. Switch back to the original project if a history list appears empty.

Your subscription, affiliate account, and account API keys apply across every project. Web Analytics connections and sites belong to individual projects. Niche Insights favorites belong to your account. Service Atlas research is shared across accounts rather than stored as a private project library.

Projects separate saved work within your account. They do not provide teammate sharing.

Entity Graph Viewer exploration settings and audit review decisions stay in the browser where you saved them. They do not follow you to another device.
