Billing and access
Check your subscription, manage payments, and understand LTD access.
Every PirateSERP tool requires an active Pro subscription or a lifetime deal (LTD) grant. Open Subscription in Account Settings to check your access status.
Read your access status
The Subscription section shows one status line:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pro subscription active | Your Pro subscription renews and every tool is available. |
| Pro remains active until the end of your billing period. | You canceled renewal. Tools stay available until the paid period ends. |
| Payment is past due. Update your payment method to restore Pro access. | A renewal payment failed, and tools are unavailable until payment succeeds. |
| Lifetime Deal (LTD) access | Your LTD grant gives tool access without a paid subscription. |
| Your subscription is no longer active. or No active subscription | Tools are unavailable. Click View plans to subscribe. |
Subscribe or manage a subscription
Pro is a single plan that includes every tool. Click View plans to open Pricing, then confirm the price and billing interval at checkout before you buy.
When your account has connected Stripe billing, click Manage subscription. The Stripe billing portal lets you review invoices, update your payment method, or cancel renewal.
Cancellation and refunds follow separate terms. Read the billing policy and the refund and cancellation policy.
Resolve an access problem
If the status says payment is past due, click Manage subscription and update the payment method. If access stays unavailable, contact PirateSERP support.
If the status refers to a payment from the previous store, your existing payment covers 30 days of access, and the previous store still manages recurring billing. Contact support to move billing into PirateSERP.
If Manage subscription reports that no billing account is connected, contact support.
Use LTD access
A valid LTD grant gives tool access independently of a paid subscription. Canceling a subscription or a failed payment does not remove LTD access. Charges from your own API providers, such as OpenRouter, stay separate.
The account owner manages LTD invitations. Contact support if an invitation does not match the email address on your account.
Join the affiliate program
Your affiliate account uses the same login, and affiliate approval is separate from tool access. Read Affiliates for applications, commissions, and payouts.
